PanaloKO Help: Contact PanaloKO Team or the Lobby
If you want to contact PanaloKO team members about this site, start here. No contact address is published on this site: it prints no e-mail address and no phone number. That keeps the page honest, and it keeps your questions from going to a mailbox that does not exist.
Contact PanaloKO team: what this site offers
This site is a static player guide written by the PanaloKO Team. It has no forms, no comment system and no chat window, so there is nothing to type into here. Read about the PanaloKO team for who writes the site and how the pages are made.
If a page seems out of date, compare it with the source it names, such as the studio’s own page or the text of the law. That is the quickest way to see what has changed.
Corrections to a page are welcome in principle, but with no published channel there is nothing to send them to today. Until that changes, the sources named on each page are the place to settle a disputed fact. Nothing on this site asks you to send documents, photos or payment details to anyone.
Where PanaloKO account questions go
This site cannot see or change any account. It holds no balance, no password and no player record, so it cannot reopen a locked login, move a withdrawal or edit your details. Those requests belong to the operator.
The lobby’s own chat is the route. On desktop, a floating headset button opens it. On a phone, the Service tab in the bottom bar opens it. The window asks for your name and phone number before it starts.
Read the PanaloKO customer service page for what to prepare before you open that chat.
What to send to customer service
Having the details ready makes the chat shorter. Gather these before you start:
- Your username, never your password.
- The mobile number registered on the account.
- A short description of the problem, with the time it happened.
- A screenshot of any error message on screen.
Keep the chat to the facts of the problem. Never share your password, a verification code or a full card or wallet number with anyone, in the chat or anywhere else, because no genuine support route needs them. If someone contacts you first and claims to speak for PanaloKO or for this site, treat it as a scam and stop replying.
Help that is not about PanaloKO
If gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, the help lines and exclusion routes are on the responsible play help lines. They come from PAGCOR’s own page and do not depend on this site.
For how a visit to this site is handled, read the PanaloKO privacy notice.
